Mobility in my stance to lift weight.

Heather taught me simple mobility moves to get my body used to being in a position it wasn’t familiar with.
Are there any specific results that Heather has helped you achieve?
Heather has taught me how to focus on healthy food intake, especially protein, while building muscle and reducing body fat. She focused highly on foods appropriate for those who suffer from IBS and has taken her time to be knowledgeable on the subject.

What did you struggle with before?
Knee mobility and nutrition.
How did Heather help you with that?
You helped me by modifying my moves in the beginning and slowly building my knee strength. You have also helped me tremendously with eating, especially understanding that I wasn’t eating enough protein.
Are there any specific results that Heather has helped you achieve?
I believe I have almost full range of motion in my knees. I can’t believe how low I am able to squat with no pain! I feel better now at 50 than I did back in my 30s.

Diet and understanding that weight is not necessarily an indication of fat to muscle ratio.

By teaching me that weight gain may be an indication of muscle building, and that rapid weight loss is more often a sign of muscle loss.

Heather was amazing at helping me with my form. I came in with achy knees that caused pain, but I gained so much stability with proper form through Heather’s coaching that the achiness went away. If I ever had a struggle with an injury, Heather was great at working with it to help me get back to 100%. I am so thankful she pushed me to achieve a strength I never knew I had.
