You helped me make sure I was eating enough, especially enough protein. You challenged me to lift heavier weights and kept me accountable if I missed sessions. You worked with my busy lifestyle and helped me get back on track if I ever got off track.

Yes, you helped me gain muscle mass and decrease body fat. I didn’t want to lose weight, but I wanted to gain muscle, and you helped me achieve that goal. I didn’t know how to do it on my own, but you guided me through the process.

What would you say to someone on the fence about coaching with Heather?

Heather is really understanding and willing to work with whatever situation you are in. She doesn’t have a one-size-fits-all mentality when it comes to fitness—she sees you with your individual needs and goals and wants to help you meet them. She is encouraging and understanding, and I never felt embarrassed to share how I was feeling or doing when it came to working out or my personal life and how it was impacting my fitness journey. Heather wants people to thrive emotionally, physically, and mentally—she has a heart for others that goes beyond just working out. You should work with her! You will see results and be seen as a valued individual.

Heather provided lots of encouragement, created a community, and showed up consistently for me. She also taught me some of the science behind habit building and the benefits of working out.

How did Heather help you with that?

First of all, Coach Heather inspired me to become consistent in working out. Her belief in me, that I could achieve my goals despite never ever being in a gym or lifting weights, and despite the pain I have in my knees.

She helped me believe in myself, little by little, with consistent exercise and nutritional coaching. Teaching me how to understand food labels better and sending reminders was helpful in changing the way I saw food and the impact it can have on my body.

Are there any specific results that Heather has helped you achieve?

I was able to drop the most weight I ever had before! Not only did my physical appearance change, but also my endurance and my mentality towards exercise and food. When I got blood work done from my doctor, they indicated that my cholesterol and sugar were at an appropriate level! Coach Heather helped me change inside and out!

What would you say to someone on the fence about coaching with Heather?

Mobility in my stance to lift weight.

How did Heather help you with that?

Heather taught me simple mobility moves to get my body used to being in a position it wasn’t familiar with.

Are there any specific results that Heather has helped you achieve?

Heather has taught me how to focus on healthy food intake, especially protein, while building muscle and reducing body fat. She focused highly on foods appropriate for those who suffer from IBS and has taken her time to be knowledgeable on the subject.

What would you say to someone on the fence about coaching with Heather?

Heather puts her whole heart into coaching. She cares about results while bringing fun into workouts. No matter the mood, she’s always uplifting.

What did you struggle with before?

Consistency and tracking my diet.

How did Heather help you with that?

Explaining that consistency is the glue that helps keep motivation is what changed my mindset. Also, when I couldn’t understand why I was gaining weight, you looked at my diet and explained that while avocados are good fats, they can still cause weight gain if you aren’t tracking and eat more than you work out.

Are there any specific results that Heather has helped you achieve?

I literally lost 30 pounds after knowing you. I think of you when I plan my goals and organize my thoughts.

What would you say to someone on the fence about coaching with Heather?

Heather is the most honest and loyal person ever. She literally does everything as ethically as possible.
