What did you struggle with before?

Turning 62! And, after working out for 4 decades, I was experiencing neck and hip pain for months. Walking was painful, and my neck issue was irritating and lingered for what seemed like forever.

How did Heather help you with that?

I finally told Heather what was going on, and she gave me several exercises to try. Within a couple of days, my hip/joint pain was gone. My stiff and sore neck pain disappeared within just a few times of doing the exercises in one day. The discomfort in my hip and neck has been completely gone for a few months now. Thank you, Heather!

Are there any specific results that Heather has helped you achieve?

Mobility, pain relief, and injury recovery have been life-savers.

What would you say to someone on the fence about coaching with Heather?

What did you struggle with before?
Confidence and motivation.
How did Heather help you with that?
You made coming to the gym a warm, inviting atmosphere, which motivated me to show up. You also taught me that I am stronger than I think and helped me push my limits and try things at least once instead of saying it wasn’t possible.
Are there any specific results that Heather has helped you achieve?
You helped me perfect my form, which in turn has made me much stronger. You taught me good stretches for mobility that I try to use every day for my back and neck pain from sitting at a desk all day. You also helped me realize that weight will fluctuate and not to focus so much on the scale. As long as I am showing up to the gym, I should be proud of myself for that.
What would you say to someone on the fence about coaching with Heather?
I would say you’re out of your mind if you say no to coaching with Heather. The gym and personal trainers may be an intimidating thought, but you make it so easy to feel comfortable. There is no fear of judgment; you want to see every person you help succeed and be the healthiest, strongest person they can be.

Muscle building for sure, and learning the importance of eating protein without concentrating so heavily on calories.

What did you struggle with before?
I struggled with my relationship with food and yo-yo dieting, and I often felt guilt behind my food choices.
How did Heather help you with that?
You helped me realize food is just that… food. Not a “bad food” or something I need to feel guilty about. As long as I am making good choices, I don’t let eating something I previously looked at as “bad food” send me into a spiral of terrible choices for weeks. Now, I enjoy the food and move on with my day. I stay consistent in my food choices and workouts.
Are there any specific results that Heather has helped you achieve?
Prioritizing mobility and form! You have helped me work through injuries, but my favorite achievement has been my improved relationship with food.
What would you say to someone on the fence about coaching with Heather?
Take the leap and give it a try. The results don’t lie, and you’ll be hooked!

What did you struggle with before?
Understanding the proper nutrition needed for my body.
How did Heather help you with that?
Heather was able to explain what the body needs based on the goals I was trying to achieve. She gave me tips and tricks for protein intake. If I ever came across a challenge or obstacle, Heather would work hard to help come up with a solution.
Are there any specific results that Heather has helped you achieve?
Heather was amazing at helping me with my form. I came in with achy knees that caused pain, but I gained so much stability with proper form through Heather’s coaching that the achiness went away. If I ever had a struggle with an injury, Heather was great at working with it to help me get back to 100%. I am so thankful she pushed me to achieve a strength I never knew I had.
What would you say to someone on the fence about coaching with Heather?
If you are looking for someone who will fight in your corner, be your biggest cheerleader, and climb all the obstacles with you, Heather is your girl!
