By offering personalized coaching, I help women train seriously, without the need for expensive private sessions or the rigid schedules of group classes.
The mission of Swear Nutrition is simple: to empower women to incorporate fitness into their lives, no matter where they are or how busy they may be.
I want women to break free from feeling like they have to rely on a gym class to get results. With the right support, accountability, and a program designed specifically for their goals and fitness level, women can achieve their goals on their own schedule.

About Heather SwearENGIN
Hi, I’m Heather Swearengin (Swear for short!), the creator of Swear Nutrition and a passionate advocate for women’s strength and confidence. My journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s what drives me to help others.
In my early 20s, I weighed over 230 lbs and felt lost when it came to fitness. I grew up in a low-income family, and for most of my life, I believed that becoming fit or athletic was only possible if you had money or great genetics.
At my heaviest, I lived in a house without running water or gas, but despite the odds, I lost 65 lbs. I started by asking myself one simple question: What would an athlete do if they had to start all over?
That question shifted my mindset. I taught myself the basics of fitness and nutrition, bit by bit. Over time, I progressed and over time I became a powerlifter—something I never imagined I could achieve. Now I study fitness and nutrition and help others to apply it to their lives.

This journey taught me that you don’t need perfect circumstances to transform your body and your life—you need determination and the right tools.
I’ve spent over 8 years helping people discover their strength. I specialize in strength training, mobility improvement, and addressing pain through proper movement. My coaching style is gentle but firm. I believe in pushing you to your limits, but also giving you the support and guidance you need to get there.
