What did you struggle with before?
Turning 62! And, after working out for 4 decades, I was experiencing neck and hip pain for months. Walking was painful, and my neck issue was irritating and lingered for what seemed like forever.
How did Heather help you with that?
I finally told Heather what was going on, and she gave me several exercises to try. Within a couple of days, my hip/joint pain was gone. My stiff and sore neck pain disappeared within just a few times of doing the exercises in one day. The discomfort in my hip and neck has been completely gone for a few months now. Thank you, Heather!

What did you struggle with before?
Consistency and tracking my diet.
How did Heather help you with that?
Explaining that consistency is the glue that helps keep motivation is what changed my mindset. Also, when I couldn’t understand why I was gaining weight, you looked at my diet and explained that while avocados are good fats, they can still cause weight gain if you aren’t tracking and eat more than you work out.

I literally lost 30 pounds after knowing you. I think of you when I plan my goals and organize my thoughts.
