Progress photos are required in this form – I use them not only to track your physical progress but also to complete a postural analysis so I can tailor your strength program to your unique body and movement patterns.
Measurements are optional but highly recommended for those focusing on fat loss or body composition. These give us helpful markers beyond just weight.
