Oct. 07, 2025 / Dessert+ Recipes

Quick, cozy, and guilt-free.

Sometimes you just need dessert now, not a batch of cookies or a pan of brownies, just something warm, gooey, and satisfying. That’s where this Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Caramel Cake in a Mug comes in.

It’s made with almond flour, PB Fit, and sugar-free caramel syrup, so it gives you all the flavor without the sugar crash. The texture is soft and cake-like, with a hint of peanut butter and caramel that makes it feel like a real treat.

This is the perfect quick fix when you’re trying to stay on track but still want something sweet, especially if you’re easing off sugar and learning to manage cravings. It’s way better to replace old habits with “good enough” options than to go cold turkey and end up binging later.
